Stainless Steel 316H Seamless Tubes are high-carbon austenitic stainless steel tubes developed for applications requiring corrosion resistance together with improved strength during elevated-temperature service. Grade 316H is identified by UNS S31609 and belongs to the 316 family of molybdenum-bearing stainless steels.
The higher controlled carbon content of 316H provides enhanced high-temperature strength, creep resistance and stress-rupture performance. Chromium, nickel and molybdenum in the alloy contribute to resistance against general corrosion, pitting and crevice corrosion, making the grade suitable for demanding process and heat-transfer environments.
These seamless tubes are manufactured without a longitudinal welded joint and can be supplied according to applicable ASTM and ASME specifications. Common requirements include ASTM A213 and ASME SA213, with dimensions selected according to outside diameter, wall thickness, schedule, length and surface finish.
Stainless Steel 316H Seamless Tubes are used in heat exchangers, refinery equipment, petrochemical systems, chemical processing units, power-generation equipment and high-temperature process applications where mechanical stability and corrosion resistance are required.
Kamal Steels is a Manufacturer and Stockist of Stainless Steel 316H Seamless Tubes, supplying different dimensions, finishes and customized lengths for domestic and international industrial requirements with suitable material and inspection documentation.
